Before even bringing Joachim on as my broker, he was happy to consult with me and give me insight on looking for a new place. When my previous broker had to step aside due to some car trouble, he was willing and quick to step up to seamlessly continue my search. When an incredible apartment opened up, his experience and contacts in the industry helped secure a showing and ultimately secured me my new home. He even helped consult on the lease and pick up my keys for me while I was working out of town. He made everything very easy and I highly recommend!
